Welcome to the Fortisphere Web Site (“Web Site”). By using the Web Site, you ("You" agree to follow and be bound by the following terms (“Terms”). We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice to You.

5. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fortisphere, Inc., its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and/or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Web Site or the Content.

6. Export Restrictions/Legal Compliance. You may not access, download, use or export the Web Site or the Content in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations, or in violation of any other applicable laws or regulations. You agree to comply with all export laws and restrictions and regulations of any U.S. or foreign agency or authority, and not to directly or indirectly provide or otherwise make available the Content in violation of any such restrictions, laws or regulations, or without all necessary approvals, including without limitation for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction. 7. Applicable Law. All matters relating to your access to and use of the Web Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland as applied to agreements made, entered into and performed entirely in Maryland. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all legal actions arising out of your access to and use of the Web Site shall be in an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the State of Maryland, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. You expressly waive any rights you may have to contest the jurisdiction, venue or convenience of any court sitting in the State of Maryland.
