About the Speaker
Lucian Lipinsky de Orlov is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Platform, Architecture & Infrastructure service area. He specializes in developing strategies and processes for clients' business and IT systems. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation Certified and an Enterprise Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt responsible for managing significant engagement portfolios focusing on large at-risk and high-risk projects. Current development activities include solutions in Enterprise IT Virtualization, Green IT, Windows Vista Migration for the Enterprise and IT Issues for Pandemic Planning.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Advanced Technology from The State University of New York, University Center at Binghamton.
