About the Speaker
Lucian Lipinsky de Orlov is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Platform, Architecture & Infrastructure service area. He specializes in developing strategies and processes for clients' business and IT systems. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation Certified and an Enterprise Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt responsible for managing significant engagement portfolios focusing on large at-risk and high-risk projects. Current development activities include solutions in Enterprise IT Virtualization, Green IT, Windows Vista Migration for the Enterprise and IT Issues for Pandemic Planning.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Advanced Technology from The State University of New York, University Center at Binghamton. He is an active member with the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) and the Project Management Institute.
